Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Times & Processing All orders at AVELY are processed within 1–3 business days. After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates (United Kingdom) We are proud to offer FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

3. Estimated Shipping Times Due to high demand and our direct-to-consumer model, please allow:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days for delivery.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control, such as postal delays.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our "Track Your Order" page or via the link sent to your email.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes AVELY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most UK orders, these are already included or minimal.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@avely.uk if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages AVELY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AVELY will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
