Refund & Returns Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window At AVELY, we stand behind the quality of our collection. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@avely.uk. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used (specifically personal care and beauty-related products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for custom products, sale items, or gift cards. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a return, please contact our support team.

5. UK & EU 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period In accordance with United Kingdom consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.

6. The Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
